Donruss Elite Extra Edition (EEE) has long been popular with baseball set collectors. Autograph Rookies from the previous years have been popular on eBay. Topps holds the exclusive MLB Baseball License so Panini uses photos from College and High School games to keep in line with the MLB rules. Many of 2010's newest baseball prospects are featured and many other surprises make this one of the most exciting Donruss Elite Extra Edition releases to date. If you bust boxes: be on the look out for loaded Hot Boxes! This year will feature On Card Autograph Rookies Cards! Panini took the extra step by getting cards #51-68 signed on-card (see list below) while the parallel and insert cards will still have the sticker auto's. Its nice that Donruss included hard signed cards this year, while keeping an affordable price by including sticker autographs for the inserts such as Turn of the Century and popular parallel Die-Cut Insert cards. These on card auto cards will be the True Rookie cards of these young prospects making them high collectible SP RC cards.

	In 1998 Albert Pujols was playing High School Baseball for the Fort Osage Indians. A local newspaper took a snapshot of the future MLB Baseball Super-Star not knowing it would be used for a baseball card more than a decade later. When Donruss announced that these cards would be included in this years 2009 release of Elite Extra Edition EEE Baseball Albert Pujols fans all added a new must have card for 2010. The fact that Panini took the extra step and inserted Twenty (20) Autograph Versions of this card will make this one of the hottest Albert Pujols cards before Topps starts rolling out 2010 cards. Luckily there will be a non-autograph version for those not making the big bucks. One of the most intriguing cards to make it into 2009 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Baseball will be the Aroldis Chapman Autograph Card #150. These 'Rookie Cards' will be a baseball prospectors dream considering Chapman defected from Cuba in 2009 and signed with the Cincinnati Reds in 2010. Aroldis Chapman is considered one of the brightest young prospects not signed or drafted by an MLB ball club. Some rank him right up there with Stephen Strasburg and other top MLB Pitching Prospects. It remains to be seen but the hype is behind this kid and that means big bucks for his trading cards. In fact Aroldis already has some non-autographed Rookie cards on eBay that sell for decent money even for a player not in the Major Legues. We will see how fast this young left hander will make his way through the Cincinnati Reds minor league system. Expect collectors to pay good money for his Donruss Elite EEE #150 Autograph RC on eBay and in collector circles. It will be his first certified autograph card which will help it hold value (and possibly go up) if/when he plays in the MLB.
