Derrick Rose has quickly become one of the best players in the NBA. With that distinction, it also makes his cards highly collectible - and in most cases - pretty expensive. Even 'base' rookies cards like the Fleer #201 can sell for over $10. Most of Rose's key autograph rookies are in very short supply - and many have already landed in the hands of collectors. The ones that do sell, usually sell near the top end of the pricing scale. Picking just one card that is Derrick Rose's best rookie is tough, but the 08/09 Upper Deck Exquisite auto/patch is considered the holy grail of all his main set rookies. Rose does have some 'XRC' or rookies that were inserted in the prior years product. The Topps Finest was a redemption for the #1 Pick in the draft, and there are many refractor parallel cards to go along with them. One thing to keep in mind is this is not a full list of all Derrick Rose cards made during 08-09, but it should be most of the main issue cards, considered 'rookies' in most cases. |
