Glen 'Big Baby' Davis has been an outstanding bench player for the Boston Celtics since they acquired him on Draft Day in 2007. Davis has performed very well during the NBA Playoffs during his young career and has quickly become a fan favorite in Boston. He was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder - and the fans seemed to love his hard play too. When Davis was a child he was too big to play with children his own age and had to play with the older kids. Glen would cry when he had to play with the big kids and a youth coach would tell him to "Stop crying you big baby." The nickname has stuck with Davis throughout his life. |
