In only his second season in 2011, Rob Gronkowski had one of the best seasons a tight end has ever had in the history of the NFL. He caught an amazing 17 touchdowns and an incredible 1,300+ passing yards. Sure, having Tom Brady as your QB makes it easier, but this young TE has quickly solidified himself as one of the games best at the TE position. Putting up numbers like he did in 2011 has put the spotlight on Gronkowski's sports cards as well. His rookie cards trade at levels much higher than even other Pro-Bowl TE's that were drafted in the same draft class. Even Gronkowski's rookie year numbers are impressive ... leaving many to believe that he could end up having a great career. If Rob Gronkowski can keep playing at an elite level, collectors will continue to pay more for his cards. His National Treasures, SP Authentic, Exquisite and Topps Five Star Autograph are some of his most collectible rookie cards, although all of his rookie cards have some value.
