Can be hit or miss depending on the player you get but pulling a Mickey Mantle is 1:83 boxes. Which seems like a tough pull but compare that to other products and the 1:83 odds look fantastic. It might be worth a gamble if you have some money for a box online or at a shop. I had a store owner at the 2012 Las Vegas Industry Summit tell me a customer of his pulled a Mickey Mantle cut signature from a Historic Autograph product.
The owner of the company Kevin Heffner used to run a card store back in the glory days of the 1990’s so he is a man who has been around the business for many years. Each and every cut signature from Historic Autographs is authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA and can be found in their set registry on the PSA website. PSA/DNA is considered one of the leaders in autograph authenticity.
