The Topps Million Card Redemption Cards (seeded 1:6 in Topps Series 1 and 2 Hobby Boxes) have been popular because of cards from the 1950’s ’60’s and 70’s you have the chance to get. Original T-206 Cards were even included in Topps Series 2 redemptions. Now Topps has another surprise up its sleeve.
Riding the wave that is Stephen Strasburg – Topps announced effective June 8, 2010 that collectors can now have a chance to redeem Million Card Redemption cards for a special Stephen Strasburg (RC) Logo Card featuring a photo of him in his 1st MLB game. The card has been added to the 2010 Topps Series 2 Base Set as card #661 – and set collectors will want to hunt this one down if you want a ‘complete’ set.
