What’s up with Flawless & Immaculate?
These were two products that featured high end cards and a limited production run. If you were a brand new dealer, you couldn’t just call up a distributor with a fresh account and get these products. Flawless & Immaculate were allocated to established dealers based on their prior orders.
Panini has an exclusive license to make NBA cards through the 2016-17 season.
