Wesley Johnson signed an exclusive autograph contract with Panini coming out of the 2010 NBA draft, so he doesn’t have Upper Deck autographs like some 2010/11 NBA rookies do.
Johnson got to play over 25 minuets per game during his rookie season and put up about 9.0 pts per game. That’s pretty decent production, but collectors were looking for more from the 4th pick in the NBA draft. With that, his rookie cards and autographs were not very highly collected during his rookie season. Wesley Johnson never averaged anywhere near 20pts per game in college, meaning his scoring ability might have little upside. Typically prolific scorers are putting up huge numbers in high school and college – but that doesn’t mean Wesley won’t develop into a solid NBA player.
The list above are all of Wesley Johnson’s main rookie cards. He has lots of parallel and insert cards from these sets as well.
Heading into the shortened 2011-12 NBA season, Wesley Johnson autograph rookie cards typically sold for around $12 – $20 for the more common versions. His National Treasures and rare parallel cards are usually pretty expensive because they are so rare.
