Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against PSA, PWCC and Probstein

Eric Savoy has had enough!

Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), PWCC Marketplace (PWCC) and Rick Probstein (Probstein123) have all been named in a class action lawsuit regarding the grading and sale of trimmed sports cards.

The lawsuit contends that PSA knowingly grades altered and trimmed cards.

In regards to PWCC, the lawsuit says the company knowingly sold altered cards, promoted shill bidding and created fraudulent "eye appeal" designations.

Probstein has been accused of knowingly selling altered cards.

Rick Probstein

The lawsuit is seeking:

  • A declaration that Defendants' practices violate the various laws under which
    claims are brought.
  • An injunction requiring Defendants to cease violating the law
  • An award of actual, statutory, and punitive damages and penalties
  • An award of attorneys' fees and costs, as allowed by law

  • How does one get in on the lawsuit after reading and looking I have some pwcc cards I paid good money for and believed the POS? If it’s a fake I dont want it in my collection. Thanks for bringing justice.
