On today’s show we discuss a wide variety of topics. First we discuss some COMC Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales and stuff. I also discuss the impact trading will make if/when it comes to COMC.
Next I talk about a couple of ways to save some money on your eBay purchases. I recently got an e-mail saying eBay was changing it’s eBay bucks program, but it looks like there still some ways to save. Then there is eBates – which occasionally offers a discount on the Sports Card & Memorabilia category on eBay. I’ve save some money shopping through eBates over the last few months and like using the site.
I discuss various topics related to graded cards, including price fixing (shill bidding) on higher-end cards, and a million dollar idea on how you can capitalize on the fact PSA & BGS are setup to make a profit … not be a neutral 3rd party grader.
I discuss some 2017 NFL draft prospects. Honestly the QB & WR position look a little thin on impact players, but there are several Running Backs that I think can come in and be good players. One player in particular at running back I’ll be following closely since he was a TD machine in college.
We close out the show generally discussing Panini’s failed attempts at creating a patch DB (which relates to the million dollar idea announced on the show). I also discuss Panini’s announcement that they’d make an announcement about Panini Replay …. and we’re still waiting for Panini to do so.
